Welcome to Neural Jump. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neural Jump mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App
on your mobile device for entertainment purposes — including playing game modes, earning
in-game rewards, completing missions, and sharing your scores.
You are prohibited from:
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using bots/scripts to manipulate scores, rewards, or leaderboards.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the App's source code beyond what applicable law permits.
- Using the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that interferes with other players or our services.
Neural Jump is an AI-themed hyper-casual reflex game. References to "AI", neurons, cores,
and similar terms are branding and gameplay fiction.
- Entertainment Only: The App is provided for entertainment. Scores, missions, badges, and progression systems are game features, not professional or academic evaluations.
- No Real AI Processing of Your Content: The App does not analyze your personal photos, voice, or documents with artificial intelligence models.
Virtual items, coins, DATA, and similar rewards have no real-world cash value outside the App and cannot be redeemed for money unless we expressly state otherwise.
The App may include rewarded advertisements and optional in-app purchases for virtual items,
modes, or other features.
- Ads: Watching rewarded ads may unlock continues, rewards, or other benefits. Ad availability depends on third-party networks.
- Billing Channels: If purchases are offered, payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are subject to the relevant store's terms and refund policies.
- Virtual Currency: Coins and similar balances may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear data, change devices, or if we reset accounts for abuse or technical reasons.
If you set a username or submit feedback, you agree not to include unlawful, abusive,
infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may remove or reset usernames and
discard feedback that violates these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access,
error-free gameplay, permanent retention of progress, or continuous availability of ads or
online features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Mobile shall not be liable for loss of progress,
virtual items, device issues, third-party ad or store outages, or any indirect damages arising
from use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these terms at our discretion. Continuing to use the App indicates acceptance of modified terms. For support, email:
