Neural Jump Privacy Policy

a. No Account Registration Required

Neural Jump does not require email registration or password creation. We do not solicit personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details as a condition of play.

Support & Communication: If you contact us directly via our support email, we may receive your email address and any additional information you choose to provide, solely to resolve your support request.

b. Game Progress (Local Storage)

Gameplay data such as scores, coins, streaks, missions, badges, settings, and a local player identifier are stored primarily on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App may permanently remove this information.

c. Optional Game Services Identity

• Apple Game Center / Google Play Games: If you choose to connect, we may receive a player ID and display name from the platform so we can associate your in-app username and progress where applicable.
• Username & Profile Fields: A username and related profile flags may be stored in our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) to support username changes and related features.

d. Feedback Submissions

If you submit in-app feedback, we may collect the feedback text along with technical context such as platform, app version, device model, OS version, locale, and a device identifier. This information is used only to improve the App and respond to issues.

To operate, improve, and monetize the App, we use third-party services. These providers may collect information used to identify your device in accordance with their own policies.

• Google Play Services / Apple Services: Used for core store distribution, game services, and platform functionality.
• Firebase (Crashlytics & Remote Config): Crashlytics helps us diagnose stability issues. Remote Config may deliver non-personal configuration values (for example, UI copy hints). Firestore may store usernames and feedback as described above.
• Advertising (AdMob / Rewarded Ads): The App may display rewarded advertisements. Ad networks may use device identifiers (such as advertising IDs) and similar technologies to serve ads.
• In-App Purchases: If purchases are offered, transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not store your financial or credit card information.

With your permission, Neural Jump may send local reminders (for example, streak reminders). These notifications are scheduled on your device and are not used to send marketing push campaigns from our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Local Storage

Most gameplay progress and preferences remain on your device. Optional cloud-backed fields (such as username and feedback) are stored with Firebase under industry-standard access controls.

Sharing Features

If you share a score card, an image may be created temporarily on your device and shared through your device's system share sheet. Sharing is initiated only by you.

Security

We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our services are not structured to attract children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
