Welcome to Simple Cleaner. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Simple Cleaner mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for organizing your files, removing duplicates, and managing your storage.
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying, copying, translating, or creating derivative works of any part of the App.
- Bypassing, modifying, or defeating any security checks or license systems in the App.
- Reverse engineering or trying to extract the source code.
Simple Cleaner allows you to easily identify and delete files, photos, videos, and uninstall apps to free up space.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the files or apps you choose to delete. Once files are deleted through the app, they may not be recoverable.
- No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any accidental deletion of important files, personal photos, or app data. Always double-check before confirming a deletion action.
We strongly recommend keeping backups of your important data. Ask Mobile holds no liability for lost data.
Certain premium features, advanced scanning capabilities, or ad-removal options may require premium subscriptions.
- Transaction Provider: All payments are securely managed by Apple App Store and Google Play billing processes.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Store app subscription settings at least 24 hours prior to the current cycle completion.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free operations or 100% accuracy in identifying duplicate or blurry photos.
Ask Mobile is not responsible for any device issues, data loss, or system errors that may occur while using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these terms at our discretion. Continuing to use the App indicates acceptance of modified terms. For support, reach out to:
